Our client an growing International Automotive Supplier is seeking Quality Technician to support the customer in regards to any concerns and provide accurate detailed feedback to the team, as well as, any on-side support including training, sorting, rework which improves the quality performance and increases the customers satisfaction. Responsibilities
Work with the customer to establish an understanding of how products are to be handled.
In-person / on-site response to customer notification of concerns.
Collect product reject information from the customer and provide feedback.
Verification – determination of the responsibility for the nonconformity of the products and reworking of responsible nonconforming products on-site.
Obtain a “satisfactory” rating in regards to customer surveys.
Develop, maintain and document a schedule for on-site visits to the customer.
Conduct and document review of product quality concerns.
Authorize and document on-site scrap.
Authorize and document return of responsible nonconforming products that cannot be reworked on-site.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the project team.
Obtain boundary sample approvals from customers. (catalogs – physical samples)
Conduct and document internal system audits.
Participate in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
Assure compliance with Quality Policy & Guidelines and the procedures of the TS16949 based Management System
Assure compliance with Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and environmental health manual
Assure all relevant Legal, Customer and Group requirements are met
Assure quality of all relevant SAP master data

Educational/Technical Requirements
Knowledge of TS16949 and 8-D problem solving techniques.
Spanish knowledge preferred
Results-oriented, reliably and timely delivered even under pressure.
