Responsibilities

• Process Bi-weekly Multi-State Payroll for 800+ hourly (non-union) and salary employees and maintain payroll records.

• Preparing and distributing payments including overtime, shift premiums, sales commissions and bonuses; process and monitor benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; and tracking hours.

• Administer 401(k), including determining eligibility, processing of payroll contributions and changes, and ensuring compliance.

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and motivate team members. This may include coaching and developing team members and identifying promotion/growth opportunities.

• Prepare information for general ledger and quarterly reports.

• Maintain employee 401(k) files related to the payroll function.

• Create management reports.

• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax reports. Requirements • Bachelor of Science Degree.

• 5+ years of Multi-State Payroll.

• Third party Payroll software req.

• Excel-Interm.

• Knowledge of federal/state payroll tax and 401(k) regulations.

• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax reports.
