Our client a growing automotive supplier is seeking a Sales Account Manager reporting to the Director of Sales. The position would be responsible to manage all commercial and basic technical aspects of assigned OEM and related Tier 1 customers, including new business development, customer presentations, developing and presenting commercial proposals, pricing and contractual issues, and technical issues during the acquisition phase and the entire product life time. Assure adequate and timely communication with the customers and other relevant stakeholders, including internal customers. Assure that all relevant customer, legal and requirements and procedures are effectively met. Focus on exceeding the defined financial, quality and other performance targets. • Responsible for all commercial issues with assigned customers, focus on FCA (Chrysler) & Ford

• Secure continous growth for novem in North America, according to annual business plan

• Acquire new business opportunities

• Initiate, conduct and execute quotation process, and manage all pricing and contractual issues with the customer(s)

• Frequently participate in external customer meetings

• Provide reliable, internal reporting data

• Invoicing and monitoring tooling cash-in


• BSBA, BSME, or similar

• Solid technical understanding

• Experienced in automotive interior (5+ years)

• Travel required up to 25% international travel

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Foreign language skills is a plus
